Brewing a Legacy Since 1990!
In 1990, the Yazdani brothers stumbled upon the idea of starting a cafe that would replicate the European cafe culture. At the time, coffee was a commodity that people bought from local convenience stores or grocery shops. There was little to no awareness about the freshness and taste of coffee. In fact, there were no nationally recognized coffee companies that offered this kind of experience.
From Ethiopia to Portugal: A Journey in Every Cup!
Mike, one of the three brothers, had a passion for traveling to Ethiopia and Portugal. During his travels, he noticed that in Ethiopia, people roasted fresh green coffee beans on a frying pan over an open fire every morning. They would then grind the beans to make ground coffee. In Portugal, he saw people enjoying their daily espressos with breakfast and throughout the day, making coffee an integral part of their everyday lives.
Java House: Where Coffee and Community Meet!
Armed with this knowledge, Mike teamed up with his brothers, Arty and Eddy, and together, they founded Java House. They wanted to create a neighborhood setting where people could savor the taste of freshly brewed coffee. And thus, Java House was born - a place where the aroma of freshly roasted coffee beans fills the air and the ambiance encourages customers to sit back, relax, and enjoy their cup of java.
